The Brand Inspiration and Strategy Behind Peyton Estates

During our research, we found ourselves looking at the Peyton Family Crest. Although we found quite a few variations, we kept seeing a scallop motif in each design. Loving the scallop pattern, we took that idea and ran with it for this brand.



The Brand: Peyton Estates

Peyton Estates brand’s icon logo was inspired by the Peyton Family Crest. The scallop detail at the top of the icon pays homage to this crest while also mimicking the shape and feel of waves; a SWFL staple. The “P” & “E” from this brand’s primary logo have been carefully positioned to create a new family crest for Peyton Estates.

This icon represents strength, stability, and tradition. The deep roots of this business can be felt immediately, building an instant sense of trust for their clients.
